If you can no longer make it to a workshop, class, or event, you will need to let us know at least 24 hours prior to scheduled commencement. You can notify us by email or phone. If adequate time is done, we will issue you with a refund or credit. If cancelling or rescheduling within the 24 hours of the intended session, fees may apply. Bookings considered a 'no show' will not be eligible for a refund, rescheduling or credit.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If you cancel your booking within a 48 hours, this deposit will be considered forfeited and will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
All pricing is in AUD with GST included. Goods and services provided, and their prices listed may be subject to change. We reserve the right to alter, remove, or suspend goods at our own discretion.
If a workshop is cancelled, you will be credited the amount of the purchase, or refunded via the method in which you paid for the session.
Throughout our sessions we may take photos and videos of our customers which may be used for promotional purposes on our social channels. We may modify recordings for our own purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please let us know by the beginning of the session.
By attending our venue, you agree that you will only partake in the consumption of alcohol in our public or private events if you are the age of 18 years or older and will provide proof of identification when required. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we believe that you are under the legal age and have or intend to consume alcohol. Guests may be denied entry if we believe you are intoxicated.
